You may return or exchange an item if it meets the following conditions:
- Return is requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The item is not a sale, clearance, or final sale item.
Note: Due to hygiene concerns, certain products such as undergarments, cosmetics, or accessories may not be eligible for return.
🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@rdaecomtrading.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos of the item (if defective or incorrect)
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the provided return address. You are responsible for return shipping unless:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
Want a different size or color? No problem!
- Let us know via email, and we’ll arrange the exchange after receiving your original item.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method.
